1. Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Blissage, we provide FREE standard delivery to any address within India. However, please note that we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

We deliver to most PIN codes where our logistics partners operate. While we strive to keep our rates affordable, our primary focus is on delivering your items quickly, promptly, and safely. Delivery charges are calculated based on weight and volume; to check eligibility and applicable charges for your area, simply select your item and proceed to the checkout page. Upon entering your delivery details, our system will automatically calculate the shipping fee based on your address.

2. Order Status & Tracking

All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped from our warehouse within 2 working days upon payment confirmation. This timeframe may vary depending on factors such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, order packing and dispatch, regional lockdowns, or other unforeseen circumstances. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received.

Local Deliveries
We offer two delivery options for domestic orders: Standard Courier and Express Courier.

Standard Courier: FREE for all local orders. Delivery takes approximately 5 working days from the time your order is placed.

Express Courier: Available for an additional charge based on the product and your location. Delivery takes approximately 2–3 working days from the time your order is placed.

Once your order has been dispatched, an email confirmation or text message containing your tracking number will be sent to you. You can track the delivery status of your package with our logistics partner using your Order Number (invoice number).

Please note that an additional fee will apply for re-delivery if no one is present to receive the package. Kindly ensure a valid contact number is provided with your delivery address at checkout so the courier service can reach you if needed.

International Deliveries
For all international deliveries, transit times depend on our logistics partners and their local affiliates. Rest assured that your order will be handled safely, and you can track its progress directly through our tracking portal.

3. Taxes, Duties & Tariffs

For all international orders, you are responsible for paying any import taxes, customs duties, and tariffs required by your country’s governing laws to clear customs.
